From rough concept to innovative recording studio

Page St. Sound lab is a premium recording studio tailor-made to serve the diverse creative community of Portland. They provide tracking, mixing, editing, sound design, production, and mastering in an inclusive, professional environment.

They became a client before they had a studio – or even a name. We worked with them to write a business plan and build a brand from messaging to visual identity. Along the way we helped them launch social media, build a website, forge crucial partnerships, and open to the public.

Page St. Sound Lab’s initial vision was unique and exciting. Our job has been to help them bring that vision to life internally and externally by collaborating with them to manage most aspects of their business and brand.

When we started with Page St., they knew there was something missing in Portland and they knew how they wanted to address that void. 

From a comprehensive business plan to brand messaging, we collaborated with Page St. to define their vision and help them share it with the world. We also established their relationships with legal counsel, accounting, and brought in Osmose Design, an award-winning local firm, to create an environment that matched their ambitions and their emerging visual identity.

We have helped Page St. go from a great idea to a dynamic, fully-conceived brand. 

This started with creation of a complete visual identity that expressed inclusivity, expertise, and precision at the heart of their concept. We continued to evolve the brand with a website, brand guide, collateral, and photography.

Community & Public Relations

After guiding Page St. through their official opening, we’ve helped them establish a regular newsletter, social media, as well as community partnerships with groups such as Music Portland and Travel Portland.

And we’ve helped establish relationships with artists, organizations, and content producers that have resulted in projects with Claima Stories, Industry, and Timberland.
